In 1990 Mr Khavaledakis from Kalyves started on a small project in which he built some furniture by using only small stones. He kept on going, and these days that is known as the Koumos. Koumos is a beautiful place in which everything is build by hand and most of it still by using small stones. It is also a restaurant/taverna. The Koumos is located in Kalyves, right outside the village itself.
